Yeshwant Shirwadkar  ( Born 1951 ) is a Mumbai based Artist . He belongs to the impressionistic  school  of Art. He  uses Oil on canvas  and  Palette  knife to create some realistic  landscapes .

I am highly impressed by his Varanasi  Ghat paintings wherein he captures  not only  the  architectural  Grandeur of old buildings along the river but also  life and activities    along   Ganga Ghats .

Yeshwant Shirwadkar is  widely  traveled man both within the country and abroad.  . His work is sold  at  Sotheby`s and Christie`s auctions .

His Kashmir series is amazing ; I add five   paintings from this series .
