Mutton ( Sheep or Lamb) is used in Non vegetarian dishes prepared by Kashmiri Pandits . The dishes photographed by me represent the variety that is usually prepared in Feasts by Kashmiri Pandits . I quote (from top to bottom photographs )
1 Mutchh or Keema or Mutton Balls prepared in typical kashmiri spices .
2 Tcho'kk Tcharvunn or sheep Liver cooked with spices and Tamarind paste .
3.A Piece of Kabargaah in a Thhaali consumed with Pullav .
4 Kabargaah or Pieces from breast boiled in milk and spices and finally deep fried in Ghee
5 Rogan Josh prepared with spices and Red chilly powder .
6 Kallia or Mutton prepared in Milk with spices excluding red chilly powder . It is also substituted with Yakhni or Mutton prepared in curd and spices excluding red chilly powder
7 Rice Pullav .
8 Monji Achaar or Home Made Kadam Achaar or Knol Khol Pickle .
9 Radish Chutney in Curd with green Mirch
