Loneliness and separation is the accepted internal set up while staying under one roof .And for the external world , smiles and display of togetherness could be a compulsion. Not all are courageous to break this monotony. Silence... Millions live with this contradiction.

My take is a Dohaa ( Two Line poem ) that I wrote on this subject..

Chhat ke neeche alagh alagh

Baahar eikum eik...

Aissay Jeevit Laakhon hain

Baat na Baahar Pheink...................................
