I am adding a Doha ( two line poem) written by me for this frame....

Kyaa paaya kyaa kho diyaa
Dhoop chhaanv sa kheil..
Do patri Aana jaana
Bhaage jeevan rail....


( What i gained and what i lost 
was like the  play of Sun and shade .
And all along , This train of existence 
kept running  over two   tracks of
 arrival and departure .)
