SOME OLD PAINTINGS OF G.R. SANTOSH (1929-1997).

Done prior to 1964, these paintings are  influenced of  Cubism. Santosh  also did some wonderful  landscapes, portraits, pure abstracts and figurative abstracts before moving over to Neo-Tantra. A visit to  the holy Amaranth Shrine of Lord Shiva  in 1964 was a great  turning point in his art . From 1964, we find  ' Sacred Geometry ' appearing in his work.
