A Kashmir shawl hanging in India section of Victoria and Albert Museum London. This shawl is reported to have been manufactured in 1870 AD in kashmir and donated to the Museum by Mrs Estelle Fuller..
There is a set of
24 large paintings done on cotton preserved in India section of
Victoria And Albert museum London . These paintings have been done in
kashmir sometime around middle of 16th century .
Kashmir Qalaam ( As the style in these paintings is known ) was also used in illustrating a number of manuscripts in Sanskrit and Persian . Calligraphy and Decorative Borders ( Hashias ) of these 24 paintings are distinctive .
