I have translated 25 Vaakhs of  Lal Ded 25 Shrukhs of Nund Reshi for students of A College based in Calcutta with  a special request to me to  render them in simple understandable  English .  I shall keep posting these Vaakhs and shrukhs  for friends as well.

Be not too much focused on body alone.

O  Ignorant ! You  provide it with  sweetest food and ever care  for it ,

Learn ! Not even ashes shall be left of this body later
